Courteous and efficient, let our office staff help in answering any questions you might have about the building, the grounds, the bill, or just to find out how late you can swim in the pool! (In the summer, that is).

The office is located on the property, in the main lobby, just off the guard's station on the first floor.

Assessments and Parking Fees are due on the first of each month, and if not deposited in our lockbox by the 10th, a $35 late fee will be charged. You can pay in person, by mail, or sign up for auto-pay, whichever is most convenient for you. (Call the office for info on auto-pay).

SIGN UP NOW for AUTO BILL-PAY. (For your assessment). Never pay a late fee, again! (You will be taken to Sudler website:)

1.) Click "HOME" + "RESIDENT LOGIN" from top drop-down menu.
2.) Select Your Building + Choose "HOLLYWOOD TOWERS" from site-list menu".
3.) Choose "Register" (if new to system).

Work orders, as well as optional sign-ups to the exercise room or the bike room are automatically billed to your assessment. TV cable / Internet as well as natural gas appear as separate line-items on your statement, as well.

Parking Parking Update: Effective Feb. 1, 2021, Parking rates for monthly parkers was increased by $10. Please be aware, you must sign up for Online Payment Setup, as the garage no longer accepts payments on-site. Please register your Customer Number and Zip Code from your statement at: Park Central.spplus.com

To conveniently set up recurring payments:

  • Click "Automatic Pmt" on "Manage Accts Pg"
  • Hit "Add New" - enter credit card or bank acct.
  • Select your new pmt method on next pg.
Finally Click "SAVE"

Guest Parking: Cash or personal checks are no longer being accepted for guest and transient parking coupons. Payment must be paid in full, online, prior to taking the car out.

Election 2021-2022:

The most recent annual owners' meeting and election was held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom meeting, at which time 4 board members were elected, each for successive two-year terms. Those elected were:
Thomas Barg, Wally Majumdar, Steven Rhodes, and Dorothy Sanchez.

If you are interested in seeking a position on the Board of Directors, please fill out the Candidate Information Form, you received by mail, and return to the Management Office at least on month before the elections.
