Winter Time Pool Blues!

Pool Season Ends!

POOL T he pool is closed for the season. It was a great summer season, with warm temperatures lasting through September. Winter season is here, it's been another mild one, and it's only for a short time. Our appreciation goes out to our hard-working office staff and pool monitors, for their dedication and efforts to show up every day to keep things running smoothly!

Next summer will be here all too soon, and it will be time once again for everyone to take advantage of this, notably, our greatest amenity here at Hollywood Towers.

2025 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners and Election

The next annual owners' meeting and election will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025, via Zoom, at which time four board members will be elected, each for successive two-year terms.

Expiring terms for JoAnne Armenio, Mary Kinney, Sam Manto, Deborah Sharp must be filled.

Owners will have received their proxies and candidate information forms via email. If you haven't already received yours, please let the office know and they will provide that info. Proxies are due in the office or by email (5701asstmgr@sudlerchicago.com) by the 19th.

If you are interested in seeking a position on the Board of Directors, please fill out the Candidate Information Form, you received by email, and return to the Management Office at least one month before the election.

Snack N Surf

VENDING V ending machines are in the 2nd floor party room, offering snacks, bottled water, coffee and other beverages. A complimentary coffee machine was added, (back at the kitchen counter), allowing you to brew a single cup with the coffee ingredients provided in the vending machine. Insert the small "creamer"-sized packet of coffee into the top of the machine, and press "brew" for an instant cup of steaming hot java, anytime! Now when you "surf" the net, via free "WiFi" in the party room, you'll feel like you're at the local coffee shop - without ever having to leave home!
