One of the premier building amenities, is the heated swimming pool, located on the second-floor party deck overlooking spectacular Lake Michigan and Osterman Beach and Park, open to all residents, owners and their guests, during regular summer hours, roughly Beginning of June to late Sept. (Fees are posted the beginning of pool season.)

Parking Parking: In February 2021, parking rates for monthly parkers was increased by $10. Please be aware, you must sign up for Online Payment Setup, as the garage no longer accepts payments on-site. Please register your Customer Number and Zip Code from your statement at: Park Central.spplus.com

To conveniently set up recurring payments:

  • Click "Automatic Pmt" on "Manage Accts Pg"
  • Hit "Add New" - enter credit card or bank acct.
  • Select your new pmt method on next pg.
Finally Click "SAVE"

Guest Parking: Cash or personal checks are no longer being accepted for guest and transient parking coupons. Payment must be paid in full, online, prior to taking the car out.
