One of the premier building amenities, is the heated swimming pool, located on the second-floor party deck overlooking spectacular Lake Michigan and Osterman Beach and Park, open to all residents, owners and their guests, during regular summer hours, roughly Beginning of June to late Sept. (Fees are posted the beginning of pool season.)

SUMMER POOL TIME IS HERE!!!!!!

POOL T he GRAND OPENING of the pool was scheduled to be on Friday, June 7, 2024, but due to unexpected mantenance requirements, the opening will be delayed until Monday, June 10. The deck area will open as planned on Friday, June 7, but no one will be allowed in the pool, itself until Monday. If you haven't done so already, and want to still take advantage of the pre-season discount, it's not too late to fill out a membership form and bring it to the office ASAP.

The discount fees are much the same as last year, while the regular-season prices have increased slightly. The form should have already been door-dropped to you. If you did not receive one, you can click here to download your 2024 application online, fill it out, and drop it off in the Management Office.

** Discount Membership Fees - Before June 7, 2024 - ONLY are: **

  • $150 Individual or Guest - Before the opening.
  • $350 Unit / Family (2 adults living in same unit) - Before the opening.
  • $150 Guest (Non-Resident) (When allowed)
  • Free for children under 6
  • Residents who are Registered Pool Members may purchase individual season passes for non-resident guests (when allowed), at the Individual Rates shown above.

Tickets and Guest passes may be purchased Mon - Fri in the Hollywood Towers Management Office during regular operating hours by registered members only. This must be done prior to the weekend, as the office will be closed.

Residents who are registered pool members may conversely purchase daily passes at a cost of $5.00 per day, per person.

Unit owners with proper identification and a registered pool pass may charge guest passes to their units when signing in with the pool monitor, or via email. All others must pay at the time of purchase.

Pool Hours: (Weather / Maintenance Permitting)
Weekdays: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday thru Sunday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Rules:
- No glass of any kind on the pool deck.
- No food allowed in the pool area.
- No running / horseplay in pool area.
- Food is only allowed at picnic tables outside the pool area.
- Pool Monitors will ask you to stop if they see any violations of the above. If you continue to ignore the rules, your membership will be revoked and you will not be able to use the pool the rest of the season.
- The pool itself, pool deck and shower rooms all close at 10:00 P.M. at which time all residents must vacate.

Note: Proof of pool membership must be shown at the time of purchasing guest pass and always when entering pool.


Election 2024:

Board

The most recent annual owners' meeting and election was held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the Hollywood Towers Party Room, at which time five board members were elected, each for successive two-year terms. Those five were:
Thomas Barg, Gil Bonilla, Wally Majumdar, Steven Rhodes, and Dorothy Sanchez.
