The indoor parking garage is located on the basement and first-floor levels of the building. Talk to either the on-site garage manager, or one of our on-duty attendants for assistance or questions / issues about your parking space, car, or rules, in general.
Parking Rates:
Please be aware, if you are a resident, you must sign up for Online Parking Payment Setup, as the garage no longer accepts payments on-site. Guest Parking is credit card only

Log into Standard Parking:

Find your Customer Number from your statement and enter your zip code.
To Set up recurring payments, select:
- "Automatic Payment" on "Manage Accts Page,"
- "Add New" to enter credit card or bank account.
- Click to select your new pmt method on next page.
- Make sure you check "Pay Until Further Notice",
- Finally click "SAVE" .

- Resident Self-Park: $230 (Wait List Only)

Hourly Parking Rates (Credit Card Only):
- 0 to 20 mins - No charge
- 21 mins to 1 hour $12
- 1 to 2 hours $16
- 2 to 4 Hours: $22
- 4 to 8 Hours: $30
Parking Coupons are a convenient way to pay for your guests, as well as providing a quick solution when you want to reserve a space for them.
Guest Parking Coupon Rates (Credit Card Only)
- White Coupons (2 Hr.) - $110 (Book of 10)
- Yellow Coupons (12 Hr.) - $150 (Book of 10)
REGISTERING FOR A PARKING SPACE:
spaces are limited in the garage, so talk to the garage office if you would like to register your car for a permanent space. If you need to change your parking status, please contact the garage directly (773-275-3354). There will be a one-month deposit in order to receive your monthly sticker. The updated waiting list for Valet and also Self-Park is posted in the garage. Standard Parking manages all registration, billing, and claims.
Assessments and Parking Fees are due on the first of each month, and if not deposited in our lockbox by the 10th, a $35 late fee will be charged. You can pay in person, by mail, or sign up for auto-pay, whichever is most convenient for you. (Call the office for info on auto-pay).
