Garage Major Overhaul:

Since January 2020, the garage project has been in full swing, which necessitated re-locating all vehicles both inside and out - to offsite parking at 5051 N Broadway. Shuttle service to the offsite garage will continue until completeion, sometime in spring. The ParqX app is used to operate doors for both pedestrians and parkers.

The final stage of the project will include replacement of the driveway wall and resurfacing of that pavement.

Parking Update:

If you have not done so, already, you must sign up for Online Payment, as the garage cannot accept payments on-site.

TO REGISTER: Log into Standard Parking: Park
Find your Customer Number from your statement and enter your zip code.

To Set up recurring payments, select:

  • "Automatic Payment" on "Manage Accts Page,"
  • "Add New" to enter credit card or bank account.
  • Click to select your new pmt method on next page.
  • Make sure you check "Pay Until Further Notice",
  • Finally click "SAVE" .

Garage Valet

The indoor parking garage is normally located on the Basement Level of the building, (Except during 2020 construction). Talk to either the garage manager, or one of our on-duty attendants for assistance or questions / issues about your parking space, car, or rules, in general.


spaces are limited in the garage, so talk to the garage office if you would like to register your car for a permanent space. If you need to change your parking status, please contact the garage directly (773-275-3354). There will be a one-month deposit in order to receive your monthly sticker. The updated waiting list for Valet and also Self-Park is posted in the garage. Standard Parking manages all registration, billing, and claims.

Assessments and Parking Fees are due on the first of each month, and if not deposited in our lockbox by the 10th, a $35 late fee will be charged. You can pay in person, by mail, or sign up for auto-pay, whichever is most convenient for you. (Call the office for info on auto-pay).

For assistance or questions / issues about your unit or the building, in general, call during regular business hours M-F 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Guest Parking: Cash or personal checks will no longer be accepted for guest and transient parking coupons. Payment must be paid in full prior to taking the car out.
